AUTO DRAIN CONTROLLER

This instrument is installable on any Sucker Muller Machine. It has been proved to be the most useful instrument for producing better quality of material on above machines. 

The chief function of this "Auto Drain Controller" is to drain first tank of Sucker-Muller Machine after fixed length of yarn which is settable by the user. At this set length, the valve opens, so that the tank is drained for the unused concentrated liquid (starch) i.e. non-required proportion of liquid (starch) is removed from the tank. This draining is done as per the fix timer provided in our system. Unless the excess (useless) liquid is not eliminated from the tank, it becomes very difficult to add new proportion of liquid, as required for the process. Hence, this procedure is very necessary for maintaining the proportion of mixture (concentration) in the tank resulting into considerably better quality of material. It keeps wetting power consistent throughout the process, which helps uniform dyeing. By generating current draining flow, it removes flood and impurities of yarn from the wetting bath. 

Not only that, it has various advantageous features comprised in it as follows: 

• 4-digit display with decimal (i.e.upto 999.9). 
• Reset facility. 
• Proximity-Switch is used as a non-contact type Sensor. 
• Accuracy is better than 0.1% 
• Linearity in Length is better than 0.1% to Highly accurate Length measuring system. 
• Memory back-up facility is through E2PROM. 
• Jumpers are used to set perimeter in the system. 
• LED indication when valve is operated. 
• Solid State Relay is used.
